We are a design and project management consultancy based in Matlock Derbyshire specialising in composite engineering. We provide engineering solutions for all composite manufacturing projects with particular experience in fit-for-purpose engineered tooling solutions. We have extensive experience in both the Aerospace and Automotive industries, including F1 and bespoke applications.

Our engineers have a combined experience of 35 years in the industry both in the UK and abroad, with particular knowledge of new and bespoke product development project in the following:

• Bespoke tooling development in support of new civil aerospace programmes such as the Airbus A350 XWB.
• Definition of manufacturing methodology and production process development for Aerospace press moulded components in support of the JFS programme.
• Tooling development and implementation for civil aircraft interiors – Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 and 777.
